Purpose: low-rate reading of public storefront pages (homepage, collection
and product listings, policy pages) of online fashion stores, for market
research.

Identification: signed requests carry
  Signature-Agent: "https://crawler.ask-jeffrey.app"
and an HTTP Message Signature (RFC 9421, tag "web-bot-auth", Ed25519).

Behaviour: one global request budget across all stores, per-host backoff,
Retry-After honoured, 429/403 treated as "come back later", no checkout,
cart, account or login pages, no form submissions.
